MJ’s Moscow Mule

MJ’s Moscow Mule cocktail is delicious, suuuuuuper refreshing, easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

Lately when I find myself wanting a cocktail, it seems like I’m always craving a crisp, refreshing Moscow Mule served in a cold copper mug. I’ll be sharing some fun spins on the mules later on, but for now… Here is my go-to recipe for a delicious take on the classic Moscow Mule.

MJ’s Moscow Mule is extremely easy to make and comes together with just a few ingredients.

To keep the amount of added sugars (and hangovers!!) to a minimum, I made this recipe with Monk Fruit Sweetener simple syrup. If you aren’t familiar with Monk Fruit Sweetener, it’s a great natural alternative to cane sugar since it has zero calories and zero carbs. It has become a staple item in my pantry. I like to keep a bag on hand at all times and I typically have a jar of simple syrup made up and ready to go in the fridge for cocktails, lemonade, etc.

You’ll find that some brands of tend to crystalize, but from my experience this brand – Anthony’s Erythritol and Monk Fruit Sweetener – keeps the best. I also like the brand’s transparency about their product.

Can’t wait for you to give it a taste!

Cheers,

–MJ
